How to setup your Emergency Contact and your Medical Declaration
(Only relevant for those clubs that have "Complete Profile Required" turned on under Settings - Bookings).
Before you are able to make a booking it will be necessary to set your Emergency Contact and your Medical Declaration. The purpose of these is so that your club might know how best to help you in an emergency situation.
If you have not set your "Emergency Contact" or your "Medical Declaration" when you come to make a booking you will be presented with the following screen.
Pressing "Complete Profile" will take you to your Profile page as shown below.
In order to complete your "Medical Declaration" please select "Medical" and enter any relevant information.
You will need to scroll down and tick the "Medical Agreement" declaration box. Don't forget to then press "Save".
To enter your Emergency Contact, select the "Communication" tab and you will be presented with the following screen.
Please enter your emergency contact details. We recommend that you do not tick the “Unsubscribe” box as your club will not be able to communicate with you concerning club news (such as closures due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances, etc.). Click "Save".
You can then select any sessions in your website to make your booking/s.
