Adding new members to contacts
To add new or existing members to your contacts:
- Direct them to your website
- Ask them to log in and register
Once they accept the membership confirmation sent to them via email, they will then appear in your contacts list.
Managing who registers for your TT Club
If you wish to manage or prevent people from automatically joining your TT Club by registering, you can manage this by producing a Memberships page that requests in the first instance that they email or phone you. If you are happy for them to sign up you can set your memberships to require "approval" before they join, an example of this can be found here.
Admins adding new members or adding to your club via TT memberships (Sport:80) (22:50)
New contacts can be added via:
- New Account - Creates a TT Memberships account as well as a club account
- Quick Add - Adds a contact without a creating a TTE membership
- TTE - Importing a contact from TT Memberships using their TTE ID
Newly added contacts will only appear once a contact has confirmed, via the email message sent below, that they are happy for their details to be used by the club.
Updating a contacts email address
If you're looking to update a members email address, for example a player who was registered by their mother using her email address, but now wishes to use their own email address. Delete the contact with the old email and re invite them with the new email. Once they accept the membership confirmation sent to them , they will then appear in your contacts list.
What is the difference between Contacts and Members?
Contacts - includes all your club members whether they have TTE membership or not, e.g. this could include parents of players or non playing club members, useful for messaging, contact details etc. Contacts also shows what “club memberships” anyone has.
Members – solely lists all TTE members within your club.
Associate Clubs only see "Members", Premier Clubs see "Contacts" as well as "Members" which gives admins more information about their club membership.
Deleting and removing players from contacts in TT Clubs

- Go to Dashboard>People>Contacts
- Search for the person you want to remove
- Click on the edit pen
- Click on the three dots
- Select delete
If any contacts are deleted that exist as a TTE member, you can use the import TTE member, which will re-instate the delete contact.
Removing players from membership lists
- To remove/delete players from your membership your club admin needs to to this in TT Memberships, this will refresh your memberships overnight and will remove the players from your membership list. You can also force an update in your site by going to People>Members and clicking on the refresh button.
Creating Linked Accounts
- Linking/unlinking a family member to your account and make bookings on their behalf.
