An introduction to the new home of Table Tennis England membership, followed by everything you need to create or claim your account.

This opening section introduces the platform and its main controls. The numbered account-creation instructions will follow in the next section of the full guide.

Welcome

Your home for table tennis

TTE Hub is the official online home for managing your Table Tennis England membership and accessing services across the sport.

Whether you are a player, coach, official, volunteer or supporting a child, TTE Hub brings your connection to table tennis together in one place.

Manage membership: purchase, renew and keep your membership information up to date.
Connect and compete: find competitions, events and opportunities to play.
Follow progress: access rankings, ratings and match information.
Learn and benefit: discover courses, qualifications, resources and member benefits.

TTE Hub is the new home of Table Tennis England membership.

The homepage

Your starting point

The homepage is the first screen you will see when visiting TTE Hub.

Select Get started when you are ready to access the Hub. If you would like an overview first, select Find out more. The menu and appearance controls are available in the top-right corner.

Navigation

Finding your way around

Open the menu using the three-line button in the top-right corner.

The main menu provides direct access to Home, Memberships and Competitions. You can also find information about Table Tennis England, contact details and support. The Sign in option appears towards the bottom of the menu.

Use the main menu to move between the key areas of TTE Hub.

Appearance

Light and dark mode

TTE Hub supports both light and dark colour themes, so you can choose the appearance that is most comfortable for you.

Select the appearance icon beside the menu button to switch themes. Changing the theme only affects how TTE Hub looks—the features, information and steps remain the same.

Dark mode reduces the brightness of the interface while keeping the same layout.

Good to know: Screens may look slightly different depending on your device, whether you are signed in and any improvements made to TTE Hub after this guide was published.

Account set-up

Create or claim your account

The same process works for new members and people who already have a Table Tennis England membership. If an existing record is found, TTE Hub will link it to your new account.

1 Enter your email address

Use an email address that you can access now.

After selecting Get started, enter your email address and select Confirm Email.

This does not have to be the email address previously recorded against your membership. Existing members can claim their record later using their personal details and TTE ID or postcode.

Passkeys: The passkey option is an alternative sign-in method. This guide follows the email verification route used when setting up or claiming an account.

Enter your email address, then select Confirm Email.

2 Verify your email

Enter the one-time passcode sent to your inbox.

TTE Hub will send a six-digit one-time passcode (OTP) from noreply@mg.tabletennisengland.co.uk.

Open the verification email.
Enter the six-digit code on the Enter Code screen.
Select Verify Email.

Keep future messages out of junk: Add the sender address to your safe senders list. If the message does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and use Resend.

Enter the code from the email and select Verify Email.

3 Complete your personal details

TTE Hub uses these details to find an existing membership or create a new profile.

Enter your first name, last name and date of birth. You can also add a profile image if you wish.

To match an existing membership, TTE Hub checks your first name, last name and date of birth together with either your TTE ID (TTID) or postcode.

Existing member: Enter the details held on your membership record. Include your TTID if you know it, or use the postcode recorded against your membership.

New member: Complete your personal details and postcode, but leave the TTID field blank.

Only enter a TTID if you already have one. This field identifies and links existing records; it is not used to request a new number.

Complete the required personal fields marked with an asterisk.

Existing members can provide their TTID or postcode to help locate their membership.

4 Review your details

Complete the remaining address and contact information.

If TTE Hub finds an existing membership, a confirmation message will appear and the information already held on your record will be filled in automatically.

Review the information, complete any missing required fields in Home Address and Contact, and select Next.

If no existing record is found, continue completing the form to create a new profile.

A message confirms when an existing membership has been found and will be linked.

5 Read and accept the privacy agreement

Acceptance of the TTE Hub Privacy Policy is required.

Read the agreement and scroll to the bottom of the policy panel.
Select I have read and agree to TTE Hub Privacy Policy.
Select Continue.

Checkbox unavailable? You must scroll to the bottom of the agreement before the acceptance option becomes available.

6 Choose your communication preferences

Marketing and promotional communications are optional.

Choose whether you would like to receive news, information and relevant offers from Table Tennis England.

Select the checkbox to opt in, or leave it clear if you do not. You will still receive essential account, membership and policy messages. Select Finish.

7 You’re ready to use TTE Hub

Your account has now been created or linked to your existing membership record.

You will be taken to your profile, where you can review your information and access the different areas of TTE Hub.

To purchase your membership for the new season, select Memberships from the navigation menu.

Your profile

Make TTE Hub yours

Your profile is your personal home within TTE Hub. As new features are introduced, it will increasingly bring together your achievements, playing information and national and local rankings.

The profile header shows your name, TTE ID and profile image. You can personalise it with a different cover image and upload a profile photograph.

Your profile provides a central view of your playing information and activity.

Update Profile: Change basic personal and contact information, playing frequency, playing hand, grip style and your profile image.

My Account: Access certificates, qualifications and affiliations, and manage privacy, communications and security settings.

Explore TTE Hub: Use the left menu to find memberships, competitions, bookings, benefits, rankings, coaching, officiating and volunteering.

Quick links: Open Table Tennis England’s social channels and other useful services directly from the navigation menu.

Select Update Profile in the profile header to open the editing panel. Use the tabs to review the available personal, contact, emergency contact and EDI details, then select Confirm to save your changes. Further profile customisation will be introduced throughout the season.

Use Update Profile to maintain your basic details and personalise your playing profile.

Setting up an organisation: If you are responsible for a club or league, use the organisation setup links in the left menu to begin the setup process directly from TTE Hub.

Having trouble?

The verification email has not arrived

Check spam or junk, confirm the email address and select Resend. Add noreply@mg.tabletennisengland.co.uk to your safe senders list.

Your existing membership was not found

Check that your name and date of birth match the information held by Table Tennis England. Try your existing TTID or the postcode recorded against the membership. If it still cannot be found, contact support before creating a duplicate membership.
